about this pack.

More homes: a bungalow, a ranch house with a garage, a duplex, a triple-decker with stacked porches, two suburban houses with garages, a brutalist concrete block, art-deco apartments and a slim luxury glass tower. Clapboard houses use the siding and roof colourways; the rest the kit's stone, brick and concrete. Part of the City series: one 8 m lot grid with consistent origins, textured with the CC0 Downtown City MegaKit sheets by Quaternius and our own.
