about this pack.

Growable commercial, office and industrial buildings in lot footprints from 1x1 to 4x4 cells, tagged with the zones they fill (com_low, com_high, office, ind): corner shops, shop rows, strip malls, garages, restaurants and small supermarkets; department stores, shopping blocks with offices above and hotels; low, mid-rise and tower offices; workshops, warehouses, factories, tank farms and silos, each industrial lot with a truck apron and loading dock facing the street. Part of the City series: one 8 m lot grid with consistent origins, textured with the CC0 Downtown City MegaKit sheets by Quaternius and our own.
