A river for a city builder in the Quaternius Downtown kit's style: grassy, reedy and stone-walled banks, a river mouth, road bridges for the dirt, street, avenue and boulevard road types with abutments and piers, river props (reeds, rocks, a rowboat, a jetty) and a water treatment plant with turning clarifier arms.
